Spring clean – Litter picks

Our litter squad started our approach roads Spring clean – Litter picks yesterday on the Killina and Gort roads.

Missing Jackie in photo, who did the green road and bottle bank….We are trying to get the winter litter waste before the hedgerows regrowth.

Four bags of waste, its slowly improving but we can do better as a community🙏

The biggest offenders are coffee cups and plastic bottles….please dispose and recycle waste correctly. If you would like to take care of a stretch of road or join us, please let us know.👊.. We can provide gloves, bags and litter pickers.
